ABOUT AIR THERAPY

AIR Therapy offers six modules to help young people between 14 and 19 years old experiencing distress because of overwhelming feelings, difficulty controlling emotions, and problems with relationships or sense of self.

Over the six modules, young people will:

  1. Learn about their support network and how to ask for and get help when needed

  2. Develop mindfulness and distress tolerance skills

  3. Learn about them self, their values and their goals

  4. Learn how to recognise, respond and regulate distressing or uncomfortable emotions

  5. Learn about healthy relationships and develop skills to communicate effectively

  6. Practice self-care and learn about making choices and helpful behaviour
